You also get some bonuses for wearing this robe getting +2 to the Handmaiden’s charisma, and +3 to her defense bonus. So if you ever wanted her to wear her black robes because you love her look in it and still be a light sider at the same time, this mod is for you.
What this mod does is give the Handmaiden her dark side clothing, despite what Force alignment she takes.
